About Aralmon

An early-stage company building for the long term

Aralmon isn't a large company yet. What we have is a working product, a specific methodology, and a plan for what comes next — and we'd rather show you that than oversell it.

Psychmon started from a specific, ordinary problem: traditional board-exam review gives candidates questions and a score, but very little insight into why they got something wrong, which concepts actually need more attention, or how their preparation is trending as exam day gets closer.

Building that insight into the product, rather than bolting it on afterward, turned out to require the same underlying system regardless of which exam it's applied to: structured practice content, tagged and mapped against real exam blueprints, feeding analytics that point back to what to study next.

Aralmon is that system. Psychmon is the first platform built on it, for Psychometrician and Psychologist board candidates. CSEmon and Crimon are next, and the plan is to keep extending it to other Philippine professional, government, and licensure examinations as the underlying platform matures.

Products are built around the actual constraints Filipino learners study under, not an idealized version of them.

Johannes Cajegas

CEO & Co-Founder

Johannes led the development of Psychmon and is expanding the Aralmon ecosystem to other professional and public examinations. With a background in project management, digital product development, and psychology, he focuses on building practical learning systems that combine structured practice, performance analytics, and evidence-informed assessment. He's currently pursuing graduate studies in clinical psychology and leads Aralmon's product strategy, platform development, and long-term institutional vision.
